Define Yourself

In het Havenkwartier in Deventer vond de manifestatie 'DEFINE YOURSELF - definitions of space' plaats. Een tentoonstelling van site-specific kunst op verlaten, intrigerende locaties.
Het CBK Deventer nodigde 7 kunstenaars(goepen) uit om in deze leegstaande industriele gebouwen aan het werk te gaan, met de ruimte zelf als belangrijkste opdrachtgever.
Voor de aankondigingsexpositie heb ik op deze locatie's zwart/wit portretten gemaakt van de deelnemende kunstenaars.

Define Yourself

At the Havenkwartier (Docks) in Deventer the manifestation 'DEFINE YOURSELF - definitions of space' took place. An exhibition of site-specific art at deserted and intriguing locations.
The CBK Deventer invited 7 artists (groups) to get to work in these empty industrial buildings, with the space itself as the most important principal. To announce the exhibition I made black and white portraits of the artists themselves at these locations.
